You may benefit from stepping away from everyday life for a few days. An Ahora Coaching Retreat is designed for questions that need more than an hour: significant
next-chapter thinking, decisions that touch several parts of life or issues you’ve been circling for some time. The value is not simply more coaching, it's the combination of time, distance, sustained conversation and a different environment that gives your thinking room to develop.
Mostly Bs
Personal coaching may be a useful and timely fit with regular space to think with someone alongside you to work through an issue, notice patterns, test assumptions and turn insight into action over time. Personal coaching can work particularly well for leadership challenges, career decisions, confidence, boundaries, transitions or questions that benefit from continuity
Mostly Cs
You may not need coaching right now
and that's a perfectly good outcome. If you’re thinking clearly, making the choices you need to make and have enough space in your life to do that well, keep going. You may find one of the Second Half Papers or tools useful for occasional reflection, but there’s no reason to create a coaching need where one doesn’t exist. Of course, answers can change and a question that feels manageable today can become more significant later.
