The Second Half Of Your Career Asks Different Questions

You're experienced, still ambitious and carrying significant responsibility but, in the second half of a career, the questions can change:
I work with experienced professionals, senior leaders and business owners, creating the space to think clearly about those questions and build the insight, clarity and confidence to make deliberate choices about work, leadership and life.
The first half of our career is often about building - capability, credibility, responsibility, income, teams, businesses, families and lives.
Later, success can become less about adding more and instead deciding what we want to sustain, change or create next.
That might mean taking on greater responsibility, bringing renewed energy to your current role, exploring something different or creating more room for priorities beyond work.
Good decisions are difficult to make when we're permanently in delivery mode, depleted or too close to the situation to see it clearly, so my coaching pays attention to three connected areas:
The aim is greater alignment between who you are, how you lead and how you live.

I combine three decades of real-world leadership experience, postgraduate coach development at Ashridge and Warwick, supervised research into the outcomes of my own coaching
and extensive work with experienced professionals and senior leaders.
I know something about the weight of responsibility from the inside and the value of space and time with a trusted coach partner who's there to support and challenge you.
My approach is reflective, relational and systemic: helping you step back, see the wider picture, surface what matters and turn greater clarity into meaningful progress.
Sometimes the useful first step is simply a conversation. You don't need to know what kind of coaching you need or even whether coaching is the answer. If the questions and measures of success are changing, we can start by talking about what's on your mind. No hard sell. Just a thoughtful place to begin.
